Please be informed that USP Events Specialist Inc. and Holy Ground Productions will be organizing a Talk on the topic of ‘Promoting the Philippine Cosplay Community’ on August 15, 2009 (Saturday) from 4 to 5:30 pm. Tentative venue is UP Diliman ITTC, 2/f Vidal A. Tan Hall, Quirino Ave. cor. Velasquez St. UP Diliman, Quezon City. On the LEFT is the map how to get to UP ITTC. 
We will be inviting EIVA (SESE's group) which is composed of 20 cosplayers as well as the 10 other cosplayers that went thru the GO SEE. 
Interested cosplayers should inform and confirm their attendance to USP team thru email usp.sunrose@gmail.com on or before 12nn of August 14, 2009 (Friday).   
Participation is FREE. However, no snacks will be served. 
Invited Speakers are as follows:
    1. Eric Tamayo - (Special Assistant to Undersecretary Edsel Custodio, Office of the Undersecretary for International and Economic Relations (DFA- OUIER)
    2. James Romana - Division Head – Creative Industries, Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM)
    3. Ranulf Goss - Vice President, Game Developers Association of the Philippines (GDAP)
